Workflow

You can now choose whether a workflow step should open a detailed page during execution. This allows users to complete all relevant fields when needed, directly from the workflow or visit page. By default, steps execute without opening additional pages, maintaining the existing behavior. Administrators can configure this setting in each step’s definition.

You can now manually complete a workflow even if some steps are still pending, the remaining steps will be automatically cancelled.

You can now enable Simple Mode for aliquoting steps in workflow definitions.
Patient

You can now set consent statuses directly when adding a new inclusion to an existing patient, without needing to open the inclusion afterward.
Shipping

The “sample type” column as been removed from the shipping request search page.
Import / Export

The import/export of workflow configurations now includes additional step settings to ensure consistency across environments. This update applies only to the JSON configuration file and does not affect the Excel file.
Resolved issues

Resolved an issue causing incorrect transformation and analysis types to appear in the treatment menu.

Fixed an issue where the selected arm was not saved when creating a new patient from the visit page for a study with arms.

Fixed an issue where disabling a language on a standard report template triggered an incorrect validation error, preventing the change from being saved.
