General

The navigation bar has been updated to enhance clarity and consistency across all clients. While most users may not perceive any changes, some may notice items relocated or renamed. This internal update aims to streamline the editing process in the future.

We’ve begun a gradual modernization of the application’s core to make it more robust, faster, and easier to evolve.
This first step improves overall performance and lays the groundwork for future enhancements, ensuring a smoother and more reliable experience for all users.
Import / Export

When generating a legacy data import template, administrators can now choose which custom fields appear in the file header. A new option lets you mark specific custom fields as visible in templates, helping users identify which data should be filled in.
Transformation

You can now add up to 1000 output tubes in the same transformation process.
Label Printing

It is now possible to specify on each printer whether it connects via the cloud or locally.
Custom Field

Added a new condition “Study Category” to the list of criteria available for applying custom fields on study forms, patient inclusion forms and visit forms.
Resolved issues

Generate custom global reports role is not required anymore to generate a reception report

Fixed a bug in Visits panel of Patient page when a patient is included in several studies and has visits in each studies.

Fixes an issue where value of custom fields were not filled when getting data from EPIC

Concurrent storage operations could sometimes cause errors when users performed manual actions while an import was running. The storage occupancy rate is now calculated only when needed, and only for the lowest container levels. This change improves performance and prevents conflicts during simultaneous storage updates.

Additional information fields are now present in views RPR_TRANSFORMATION_VIEW RPR_TUBE_TUBE_ALIQUOTING_VIEW. We also added the visit and sample’s additional information in the view RPR_TUBE_VIEW.

Standard reports in scheduled report configurations now correctly display their names.

Fixed an issue where entering an invalid value in an autocomplete field caused an error.
