Patient

Patient compartmentalization can now be enabled or disabled directly from the application settings. When enabled, patient records are restricted by owning site (this option is unavailable if integration modules like HL7 or Epic on FHIR are active).
Statistics

Added a new “Samples” measure to the Overview (with patient) and Overview (without patient) cubes in the Statistics module to support standard reporting needs.
Import / Export

The patient import now includes a required “Site” column when patient compartmentalization is enabled, allowing accurate ownership assignment regardless of the importing user. If compartmentalization is disabled, the column is ignored and no ownership is assigned.
Resolved issues

Removed the outdated jQuery.DataTables library, which was no longer used.

Fixed an issue where plates could appear multiple times in the patient visit panel.

Fixed an issue where saving a workflow step with specific input/output settings caused an error.

Fixed an issue where the default “Perform a pool” setting in transformation types was not applied when performing a transformation.

Fixed an issue where the report type label in the report template search was not translated correctly and displayed a system key instead of the proper report type name.

Fixed an issue where importing a transformation with legacy data import failed if the same sample was included multiple times in the same transformation.

Fixed an issue where, in some cases, setting exports displayed key labels instead of the actual values.

Fixed an issue where storage imports allowed dates earlier than the tube creation date.

Fixed an issue where invalid shipping dates caused an error during import.

Fixed an issue where a patient’s age for a visit was not updated when the visit date was manually modified.

Fixed an issue where tubes from shipping requests without an associated collection were not displayed in the
RPR_REQUEST_VIEW.
