Storage

  • Adding a site to a container now offers automatic propagation through the storage tree upward, downward, or both, showing a confirmation dialog when needed to simplify multi-site configuration.

  • When sites are added or removed from a container’s ownership, these changes are now included in the container’s event history, ensuring complete traceability of ownership modifications.

Patient

  • To comply with Epic’s February 2026 requirements, Modul-Bio now provides a JSON Web Key Set (JWKS) file containing the public signing key used for OAuth2 authentication. This file allows Epic to retrieve and verify the public key.

Strain

  • Species custom fields are now available in the advanced querry.

Import / Export

  • The column “Number of child containers” has been removed from the import/export file of the storage tree setting.

Resolved issues

  • Custom field values are now correctly preserved when switching between “batch” and “one by one” entry modes in the visit form.

  • Fixed an issue where contacts or services could not be deleted after being used in a custom field, even once they were no longer referenced.

  • Fixes a bug when creating a profile with role “Storage” with “Read” only. Menus “Create rack with file” and “Validate racks content” are not available anymore but available with “Edit” role.

  • Resolved an issue where the storage tree could fail to display due to an inefficient recalculation of available storage space. The recalculation is now limited to leaf containers, ensuring proper and timely display.

  • Fixed an issue where custom field values in consent bulk import files were ignored; these values are now correctly populated on the consent, including conditional fields.

  • Fixed an issue where “Study with patient” imports were rejected when a Study custom field with a display condition (e.g., the “S-number” autocomplete) was provided. The importer now correctly recognizes and applies conditional Study custom fields.
