Fixed multiple issues in the new aliquoting: blocked script/invalid characters in tube and Parents fields; enforced barcode rules (case-insensitive uniqueness and allowed characters only) to prevent crashes. Corrected Quantity mode unit selection and validation, prevented division-by-zero when computing volumes, and reinforced checks to disallow creating one child sample from multiple parents.
